Terms of Service

Plain language. No legalese.

What uSwap Zero Is

uSwap Zero is an open-source frontend that connects you to the NEAR Intents protocol for cross-chain cryptocurrency swaps. It is free software under the MIT License.

No Account Required

There is no sign-up, no KYC, no identity verification, and no account of any kind. You use the service by submitting a swap request — nothing more.

Non-Custodial

uSwap Zero never holds your funds. Deposits go directly to the NEAR Intents protocol, and completed swaps are delivered directly to your wallet. We have no ability to freeze, seize, or reverse any transaction.

Fees

uSwap Zero charges zero fees, zero markup, and zero commissions. The only cost is the market maker spread — the natural difference between buy and sell prices that exists on every exchange. See /fees for details.

Refunds

If a swap cannot be completed, the NEAR Intents protocol automatically refunds your deposit to the refund address you provided. uSwap Zero does not control this process — refunds are handled entirely by the protocol.

No Guarantees

uSwap Zero is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any particular swap will succeed. Cryptocurrency swaps carry inherent risks including price volatility, network congestion, and smart contract risk. You are responsible for verifying addresses and amounts before confirming a swap.

Privacy

We collect zero personal data. No analytics, no cookies, no IP logging, no wallet tracking. See our privacy policy for the full details.

Open Source

The complete source code is available on GitHub. You can run your own instance, audit the code, or fork it. The MIT License applies.
